We want you to love your Tiny Finds Co. purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used products for hygiene reasons

Return Process

  1. Contact us at tinyfindsco@outlook.com to request a return
  2. We will provide return instructions and address
  3. Ship the item back to us (customers are responsible for return shipping costs)
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us

Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as final sale
  • Refunds for sale items are processed at the sale price
